A seamless registration process online will extend over to the onsite systems, with minimal interaction, spaced-out counters, and contactless equipment. In addition, PROCESS EXPO will follow the health and safety mandates of the federal and local government, along with regulations from the McCormick Place Convention Center.

The bakery production line at PROCESS EXPO will demonstrate gluten-free dinner rolls. This innovative line will begin at the mixer and the introduction of gluten-free ingredients and run all the way through to final packaging.
